A superb team performance saw Milton Keynes men's 2s earn a hard fought 2-0 win away at Marlow 2s.
MK, who only won one away last year, started well but it was Marlow who had the better of possession.
Despite the pressure, MK stood strong and kept the home side at bay.
The visitors started to get into the game and soon broke the stalemate.
Martin Kavanagh drilled a a long corner into the D and striker Callum Clarke touched the ball past the keeper.
After the half time break, Milton Keynes really stepped up their game and started to dominate play.
The pressure was starting to pay off with MK having two goals unfairly disallowed.
They did finally add a second though with five minutes left. A swift break from the back saw Mark Sibson release Clarke who broke into the D and set up Toby King for an easy finish.
It should have been 3-0 at the death but Eric Watkins chose to shoot in a two on one in the D and his shot cannoned off the post.
It didn't matter though as MK ensured they continued their unbeaten start to the season.
