A match report that is in no way similar to Havant's...

It took five minutes before the game sprang into life when Havant’s goalie had to make a smart save from point blank range, the MK strikers looking dangerous. A minute later a Havant overhead pass into the Milton Keynes circle created a chance, but smart defending from MK snuffed it out.
Havant began to build up pressure whilst Milton Keynes played half court to try and stifle the home attack. In the 12th minute a Havant striker collected the ball deep and left of the circle, beating two defenders before feeding a fellow Havant striker on the penalty spot, but the flick at goal was saved comfortably by Nick Gage. Havant only had to wait another minute to take a fortunate lead after a Havant foot was missed in midfield during the build up to the goal. Converting at close range after a Havant player had collected the ball in the circle and run along the bye line moving the ball to the scorer to deflect the ball into the net on the near post. Going a goal behind Milton Keynes immediately changed to a full press and created a good chance in the 20th minute through the good work of Ali McColl, but again the Havant defence stood firm unlike the unfortunate strikers forehead.
In the 24th minute another overhead pass from Havant found their striker in the circle but the Milton Keynes keeper was alert and dived wide to take the ball away for a long corner. A minute later Havant went two in front when they entered the circle wide on the right and with a scuffed shot that bounced through the Milton Keynes defence and into the far side of the goal. Milton Keynes struck back almost immediately pulling a goal back from a new look penalty corner. It was a good goal to score as Tom Anderson powered through the Havant defence on the line with a strong slap shot.
Milton Keynes came out strongly in the second half and won their third penalty corner in the 37th minute. Tom Murtagh moved the ball outside the right hand post for a deflection, but the ball found a defenders foot resulting in a retake. The second attempt saw the ball moved to the other post where Mr Goalson had run towards the goal just unable to get a touch on the ball. In the 40th minute Havant stretched their lead when they scored their third of the game and this time there was no fortune involved.
Milton Keynes continued to break forward with attacks often being masterminded by ex Havant player Tom Murtagh, but they were unable to trouble the Havant whilst Havant themselves kept up their pressure and ended the game 5-1 winners.
