With the end of season rapidly approaching, it's time to book your ticket to this season's end of season dinner which is being held at The Hilton, Kents Hill on Saturday 22nd April 2017.

Starters
Fan of Melon with Seasonal Fruits, drizzled in raspberry coulis
Pate of Chicken Liver, with autumn fruit chutney, dressed salad and toasted brioche
Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup, finished with double cream
Mains
Herb Roasted Chicken Breast, with baby onions and roasting gravy
Slow Roasted Loin of Pork, served with stuffing and red wine sauce
Stuffed Peppers with Rice and Olives, on a bed of tomato and herb concasse
All main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes
Desserts
Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake, with whipped cream and seasonal berries
White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake, with fruits of the forest compote
Fresh fruit salad, with cream
