On Saturday 22nd April, the members of MK Hockey Club, their family and friends, came together to celebrate the season and congratulate the winners of the club and team awards. The evening proved to be a particularly successful one for the Kavanagh family who took home 4 of the main club awards. From the ladies section, Siobhan Kavanagh, who plays in the 2nd team, was awarded Most Improved and Junior Player of the Season, and Lisa Kavanagh, captain of the 1st team scooped the Clubwoman award. To complete the set, Martin Kavanagh, lead coach of the club junior section and 2nd team player, took home the Clubman trophy.
